A "C1" or "C" DRIVING LICENSE IS NECESSARY TO DRIVE OUR MOTORHOME. Our luxury Motorhome (Hymer B-Klasse Master Line 880) is the largest (9 meter long) & most expensive model produced by Hymer. Especially suitable for a large family (seats & sleeps 5 people), providing an impressive large living space & a very high-quality living experience. Unlimited kilometers package included. We just bought our vehicle at the beginning of August 2021 & plan to use it as our full time home in a few years from now. Hence, we have equipped it with a full specification, including all the latest technology. In the meantime, we would like to make some income, renting it out. Therefore, we will provide our full specification to you, making your renting experience with us as close as possible to living in a house. For example: you could include a Vespa 300 cc, an electric scooter & an electric bike in your renting (they fit inside the rear garage). Mandatory extra costs that you would have to pay directly to me in cash at check-in: + Deposit (fully refundable if no damage & no accident happened): CHF 5000. + Deductible from your deposit in case you have an accident: CHF 3000. + Allianz full comprehensive accident insurance: CHF 250. + Cleaning fee: CHF 250. Optional fees for special accessories that you would have to pay directly to me in cash at check-in: + Vespa 300cc (motorbike) fitting inside the rear garage: One-time fee CHF 750 + Electric pedal bike fitting inside the rear garage: One-time fee CHF 500 + Electric scooter fitting inside the rear garage: One-time fee CHF 250
