If you (note: a Swiss citizen) use the vehicle abroad for several days first, these days will be deducted from your rental period. Regardless of the 8-day period, you can use the vehicle for up to 3 days from the date of entry into Switzerland. The day of entry is not included in this calculation. Within the specified period, you must either export the vehicle or return it to the corresponding rental company based in Switzerland. Form 15.25 must be submitted to a staffed border customs office upon export.
