Rules around cleaning

Rough cleaning is done by the renter. Among other things, this includes emptying the fridge, taking the garbage out and wiping the surfaces.

Fine cleaning is done by the owner. This includes for example vacuuming and cleaning the outside of the vehicle.

    Do you need roadside assistance?

    Call RedGo/Falck on (0047) 242 401 86 and inform them that you have an insurance via Omocom.

    Do you need to start an insurance claim?

    Create your insurance claim by filling in the claims form. If the vehicle is still drivable you can create the insurance claim after the booking has ended. For questions about the insurance, call Omocom at +46 8-520 278 70.
