A charming converted VW Transporter is available for rent for week-long or weekend trips for those looking to travel in Norway. Perfect for couples or two friends. This is the perfect vehicle for those wanting to go on both short and long adventures! The car is architect-designed, offering smart solutions and plenty of storage. Two layers of insulation and a roof window (with mosquito netting) ensure a comfortable indoor climate for both warm and cold nights. Additionally, blackout curtains and tinted windows provide a good night's sleep. COOKING: A 14L cooler connects to the 12V outlet on the Dometic PLB40 lithium battery, which charges via the 12V while driving. The cooler can also be connected to a regular power outlet. There’s a pull-out kitchen section that allows cooking in any weather, with the rear door serving as a roof. A camping stove with two burners and a gas canister is included. The car is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating, and it has built-in space for a water tank (included). Additionally, a small 12V kettle, which can be connected to the battery, is perfect for cold days, and an Omnia oven allows you to bake fresh bread in the morning. SLEEPING AREA: The seating area easily converts into a comfortable double bed measuring 120 x 200 cm. Two duvets and two pillows are provided. You can bring your own bedding, or rent it for an additional 200 NOK. THE VEHICLE: A converted Volkswagen Transporter T5 from 2015 that runs on diesel. It has manual transmission, is comfortable to drive, and seats 3 people. This solid and safe four-wheel-drive vehicle will take you wherever you want to go. It’s 4.9 meters long, 1.9 meters wide, and 2.1 meters high (without the roof box) and can be driven with a regular Class B driver’s license.
