Additional Rental Conditions The following conditions supplement the rental agreement and are a binding part of the motorhome rental. Area of Use Use of the motorhome is permitted exclusively within Europe. Use outside of Europe, as well as in crisis, war, or embargo areas, is prohibited. Driving on non-public or closed roads (e.g., off-road) is not permitted. In the event of violations, insurance coverage may be voided. Mileage Allowance 200 km per rental day are included in the rental price. Additional kilometers will be charged at €0.39 per km. Unused daily mileage is not carried over to other days. The odometer reading will be recorded at pick-up and drop-off. Drivers The motorhome may only be driven by the renter and any additional drivers registered at pick-up. All drivers must possess a valid driver's license and present the original copy. Use and Care The motorhome must be treated with care and used properly. The following are specifically prohibited: Subletting or transferring the vehicle to third parties Motorsport use or overloading Participation in races or events Smoking and Animals Smoking is not permitted in the motorhome. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. A special cleaning fee may be charged for violations. Damage and Breakdowns Damage, accidents, or technical problems must be reported to the lessor immediately. In the event of an accident, the police must be notified; no admission of liability may be made. Repairs may only be carried out after consultation. Return The motorhome must be returned in accordance with the agreed return conditions (cleaning, refueling, toilet emptying). Deviations may be charged additionally. Acceptance By taking possession of the motorhome, the lessee acknowledges the rental and additional terms and conditions as binding.
