David's Knaus Caravan

Hi! We're Manu and Dave. We rent out our caravan "Houmy." We bought our 1999 caravan in 2021 and have been tinkering with it, patching it up, and renovating it ever since. The caravan was inspected in July 2025, and the gas system was checked. It's ideal for two people, but the front dinette can be converted into an additional bed that can accommodate one more person. The caravan has a mounting point on the drawbar for a towbar-mounted bike rack. Our bike rack (for two bikes) is available for an additional fee. Since we only use Houmy two or three times a year, we'd be happy if it could be used more often so someone else can enjoy a great holiday with our caravan. While it might not be the newest caravan, it has a caravan mover, air conditioning, and gas heating. ... The kitchen is fully equipped, and the furniture is also available for your use. Included in the price are four chairs, a table, an outdoor kitchen unit, and a grill plate with the necessary gas cartridges. The caravan has an awning and a sunshade that can be inserted into the awning. The caravan kitchen includes a gas/shore power refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. IMPORTANT: We have never used the toilet, and it would need to be cleaned by the renter upon use and return of the caravan. There is no chemical cleaning agent in the caravan! It is important to us that we entrust our Houmy to someone who will take care of it as we do, so that it can experience many more adventures.
