Perfect family caravan with four fixed sleeping berths (1 double bed 160x200 cm, two narrow single beds as bunk beds in the rear (max. 80 kg load each)). Two additional children's sleeping berths are possible by converting the seating area/table into a bed. Rental conditions: flexible cancellation (see conditions below). Minimum stay 3 nights. Long-term discount from the 8th night. Surcharge for short bookings of less than one week. Handover fee: one-time charge of €100. IMPORTANT: Caravan requires an external power supply. No battery is included. The refrigerator only works with electricity (NOT with gas). Therefore, it is not suitable for off-grid camping. Length including drawbar: 715 cm; caravan length: 600 cm. Maximum payload: 400 kg (car/towing vehicle must be rated for a minimum towing capacity of 1400 kg). Large refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchen with gas stove, toilet with small sink, gas heating. Awning on all sides. Closed. The inventory includes: - Side mirrors for the towing vehicle - Bicycle rack for two bicycles on the drawbar - Table with five chairs for outdoor use - Two sun loungers - Fully equipped kitchen with three gas burners - Coffee maker or Bialetti - Separate gas grill with pizza stone - Small storage unit for outdoor use - Two parasols, shade net - Tools, water can, power cable - SUP (additional €50 per stay) Pillows and duvets must be brought by the guests.
