Florian's VW Campervan

2015 VW T5 – lovingly converted into a (simple) camper in 2019. Long wheelbase, meaning 30-40cm longer than the 'normal' VW bus – plenty of space for luggage and such. Please note: If you're looking for a "polished VW bus" with tons of bells and whistles, this isn't for you. But if you're looking for a simply converted, yet practical VW bus, then this is the one for you. I built the interior myself (kitchen and furniture for clothes/storage) – and I'm quite proud of it ;-) This bus has been with me and my family (2 adults and 3 kids between 4 and 10 – and yes, we all sleep in the bus :-)) for 4 years now – unfortunately, it sits around a lot, so thanks to mycamper.ch, it's going to see more of the world. : ' ... Basic equipment: - 6 seats (3 in the front, 3 in the back) - At least 4 sleeping berths (we sleep three people downstairs, and two people upstairs) - Bed/mattress firmness: upstairs bed rather firm, downstairs bed rather soft - Can also be configured with 3 or 9 seats upon request (9-seater without kitchen) - Portable kitchen (for cooking inside (fixed with 2 screws), or removable -> only in good weather or protected from rain!) with 2 gas burners - Practical furniture for clothes, books, or whatever else you want to bring along Accessories I'm happy to include: - Water tank - Power cable including adapter for other countries (approx. 25 meters) & power rail - Cooler - Small camping table & 5 chairs - Dishes, pans & everything for the kitchen - Carpet for the front of the van - Awning (for bad weather) - Sun canopy (for good weather) - Various games (Frisbb, Kubb, badminton) etc.) - Mosquito net - Blackout curtains (for nighttime) for the lower level with practical magnetic strips - Boombox & charging cable - Various smaller accessories such as lights, etc. Here are a few things we don't particularly like about our beloved bus: - The rear windows unfortunately don't open (it can get a bit hot in the summer) - The sound system is only in the front (that's why I'm including the boombox) - The upstairs bed is rather hard (it has a sheepskin underneath to make it softer)
