Hello fellow campers, Our agile T4 Syncro 4x4 with the peppy 2.5 TDI engine and auxiliary heater is perfect for a camping adventure, even in spring! Despite its high mileage, it drives like a dream and can even handle the tightest curves in the mountains in 3rd gear! : ... Cool Days - Info: Cook (see info below), then close the doors, turn on the auxiliary heater, and in no time the van will be warm. Enjoy a cozy meal and chill on the "sofa" :-) Snow chains, ABS, four-wheel drive. ADVENTURE! Sofa bed: The main mattress (90x200 cm) rests on the slatted base. An additional board can be pulled out from under the mattress in the evening, and the foam backrest can be placed on top, creating a 140x200 cm bed. Compared to the pop-up roof: a proper mattress is a real plus :-) The roof box (1.80 m L x 1.0 m W) offers space for your boards, kites, skis, SUPs, and wet shoes! It can also be pulled over the edge of the car roof for added protection. The spare tire is transported up there, but our TCS insurance will cover any damage. Drivers taller than 1.80 m (5'11") will find the steering wheel quite cramped... ask for advice! The compressor cool box and auxiliary heater run off the second battery, which is charged while driving and by two solar panels. The attractive ceiling lights provide ample illumination, and a nighttime outdoor lamp is included. Cooking: The gas grill/stove with the gas cylinder can be removed from the drawer and set up outside, allowing you to close the doors again due to the cold, the smell (and grilling oil splatters). A small folding table provides space for eating inside (while sitting on the sofa bed). Two water canisters are available; there is no wastewater tank. Clothes and shoes can be stored under the bed and in the side boxes; other small storage options are also available. Bike rack: only suitable for standard bicycles and tire widths! (No e-bikes or tires wider than 5 cm!) It must be specifically mentioned and booked for CHF 40.-! Otherwise, the van will automatically be provided without it!!! My "Berggeist 4x4" is suitable for an adventurous couple/good friends (or especially for solo travelers!!!) who appreciate the outdoors and simplicity. Sincerely, Tanja
