Woody The *GAS-FREE!* Campervan 😎, Leslie's Campervan

See the end of this section for important information! ‼️☝️ Our gas-free campervan Woody offers comfortable living for 3 people, perfect for freecamping / wildcamping / city camping. 😎 It is built to support off-grid camping in longer periods, without the need to stay connected to anything. Woody is gas-free! All cooking and equipment runs on electricity. A large Lithium battery bank delivers max 3000W with 230v power. The equipment include a induction cook-top (that can be used either in the kitchen or outdoors), a microwave with grill, a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), and a real fridge / freezer with plenty of space. The batteries are charged with solar + driving (alternator) + external hook-up (rarely neccesary) You will find all necessary kitchen utensils, pans, plates, etc. Everything you need to cook and serve delicious meals. Woody is equipped with a powerful, remote controlled Maxxfan in the ceiling in the front, and a standard roof hatch in the back. This ensures a good climate in the camper. Both roof hatches / fans have mosquito net. In cold days you can turn on the diesel powered air heater, which delivers up to 5000 Watts of heat. Woody have a very comfortable double bed (120 x 197), with a good, medium matress and a top-matress. The 3rd person sleeps on the sofa, which is approx 60 x 190. You will also find a kitchen sink and a tap, the water system is based on a 20 litre fresh water tank and a 20 litre waste water tank. Emptying and refilling is very easy. Outdoor you have an awning from Wild Earth, which gives shade from the sun and shelter for rain. An outdoor table and 3 chairs is also included. All lights are LED, and in the ceiling they are dimable LEDs. USB A and USB C, as well as 230v outlets, are "everywhere" Woody comes with a Trebolo WandaGO separation toilet. This is a very clean and smell-free solution, and much easier to empty than chemical toilets. Askim is about 45 minutes from Oslo by train or car. If you arrive by train, we can pick you up at the train station. We are experienced with travelling in camper vans, last winter we stayed in Spain and Morocco for 7 months in one of our campers. If you want to book Woody in the winter-season, november - april, we require that you have EXPERIENCE DRIVING ON SNOW AND ICE! This is very important! Many norwegian roads are ICY and SNOWY in the winter. Driving conditions can and will be very bad in periods. Woody will be eqipped with studded winter tires, but we still demand that you have experience from driving in these conditions.
