The rough cleaning is carried out by the renter. This includes, for example, emptying the fridge, disposing of garbage, cleaning surfaces.

Fine cleaning is done by the owner. This includes for example vacuuming and cleaning the outside of the vehicle.

Specific Rental Obligations Fuel The renter is obligated to return the campervan with a full diesel tank. In the event of non-compliance, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel at current market rates, including a service fee. Cleaning The renter is obligated to return the campervan clean inside, including removal of all trash. The grey water tank must be emptied prior to return. If not, a cleaning/emptying fee will be applied. Exterior washing will be carried out by the owner. Smoking Smoking inside the campervan is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in an additional cleaning fee. Pick-up and Return The campervan must be picked up and returned at the agreed times stated in the contract. Late return may result in additional charges. Damages and Use The renter is liable for all damages, losses, or excessive wear occurring during the rental period. Misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the introduction manual constitutes a breach of contract and may result in financial liability for repairs or replacement. Battery Charging The campervan is equipped with an AGM auxiliary battery. The renter must ensure that the battery is recharged before the voltage drops below 12V. Discharging below this threshold may cause permanent damage. All costs for battery replacement or repairs caused by misuse or deep discharge will be charged to the renter. Toll Fees All road tolls and congestion charges incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter after the rental, based on actual costs registered. Equipment All equipment provided with the campervan must be returned clean, complete, and in good condition. Missing or damaged equipment will be replaced at the renter’s expense.
