Then campervan life is the perfect starting point for a successful trip. The car is registered for 3 people. Large double bed with space for 2. The bed is 170cm long and 150cm wide. The car is equipped with a hob (requires electricity) primus ink gas, gas grill, fire pan, refrigerator etc. Sink in the kitchen with 20l cold water tank. Cargo space under the bed with good storage space. The car has an outlet for electricity, and can be connected to electricity at campsites. It can also withstand a weekend without electricity, as it has a rechargeable 12v battery that also powers the fridge. This means that you can easily charge your phone, speakers via USB without electricity. The car has a manual transmission, is driven on a regular class B driving license, is under 6m long, i.e. better prices on ferry crossings. An autopass is installed in the car, tolls and ferry crossings are automatically deducted from the deposit at check-out. Since the car has traveled over 300,000km, it is not covered by my campers insurance. We have therefore taken out our own insurance through Gjensidige Forsikring which includes rental. Insurance papers can be sent if desired.
