Cleaning rules
The rough cleaning is carried out by the renter. This includes, for example, emptying the fridge, disposing of garbage, cleaning surfaces.
Fine cleaning is done by the owner. This includes for example vacuuming and cleaning the outside of the vehicle.
The vehicle is fully insured by the owner during the rental.

Help is available 24/7 in case of breakdowns, flat tires, or other roadside issues during the rental.

Interior insurance
Covers damage to interior components (including furniture, windows, blinds, electrical equipment, gas, and water systems) caused by sudden destruction from external or personal influences, excluding operational errors. For vehicles with a roof tent, this also covers damage to the roof tent interior. Deductible per claim: CHF 200.
