The proper cleaning of the caravan (including vacuuming, mopping, toilet cleaning, cleaning the kitchen and dishes, and washing the covers) is to be carried out by the renter or, for an additional fee of CHF 220.00, by the owner (plus CHF 55.00 for toilet cleaning). The cleaning can also be done by the renter. If the cleaning is not carried out properly, the additional fee will be deducted from the security deposit upon return of the caravan. Breakdown assistance must be covered by the towing vehicle's insurance. The deductible for the comprehensive insurance (Zurich) is CHF 500.00. The security deposit for the caravan is CHF 500.00 (deductible). In the event of obvious damage to the caravan or its permanently attached equipment (such as sleeping berths, stove, refrigerator, air conditioning, heating, mover, and awning), or in the case of inadequate cleaning by the owner, the security deposit will be retained until the damage has been settled.
