Rikke's Knaus Campervan

Bright and spacious campervan with good comfort - suitable for free camping. The Knaus Boxstar Freeway 630 (2021) is a newer, well-maintained and spacious campervan that, with its slightly smaller dimensions than a classic motorhome, is easy to maneuver. It is well suited to driving on narrow roads - both into the city and all the way to the forest and beach. At 6.36 meters, it is slightly longer than the most compact models, which can mean a higher ferry price. In return, you get extra ceiling height, more space, better storage options and a more comfortable interior. With my camper agreement, the Great Belt Bridge costs only 305 kr each way. The camper has a bright, Nordic style and is comfortable to stay in - even on rainy days, when you spend more time inside. Equipment and facilities: • Large double bed in the back with comfortable mattresses • Bathroom with large mirrors, shower and toilet • Kitchen with gas hob, fridge and small freezer • Blackout curtains and mosquito nets in all windows and sliding door • Possibility of adding a bed for a small child in the seating area • Good cupboard space and many storage spaces • Large awning for shade and shelter outside • Bicycle rack for 2 bicycles • Solar cells and battery solution ensure power for lights, fridge etc. when free camping • Michelin CrossClimate Camping tyres – approved for winter driving (M+S and 3PMSF) • 160 HP engine – provides extra power and driving comfort A short manual and personal guide to operating the equipment are included, as well as tips for good places to stay overnight, get water and empty the tank – based on my own experiences with free camping in Denmark.
