Hello and welcome to my beloved VW bus! (His official name is Johnny! ;) ) My goal is for the renter to be able to hit the road without much preparation. They only need to bring their personal luggage, sleeping bag, and food. Everything else is taken care of :) About the vehicle: VW T6.1 First registered in 2021 and has approximately 70,000 kilometers It's perfect for any kind of vacation. Loading and unloading is easy thanks to the ample storage space under the sleeping platform. It has an auxiliary battery for the cooler, LED lights in the interior, and USB ports for charging mobile phones. Thanks to the solar panel on the roof, you can easily camp without a mains power connection. However, the 230V socket won't work in that case. At campsites or other available power outlets, the bus has an external power connection on the left side. This allows both batteries to be automatically recharged using the integrated charger. This then provides a 230V socket inside the vehicle. ... The sleeping area features a full-size wooden slatted base and is very comfortable. 100% tinted rear windows and a lockable compartment under the passenger seat provide added security. All windows can be quickly and easily darkened at night. The following items are included in the rental price: Sleeping Category: - Fitted sheet, freshly laundered, on the mattress - A thin blanket (please bring your own sleeping bag) - Various pillows, freshly made up! - Blackout kit for the driver's cab (installs in 2 minutes) - Grilles for the driver's side windows to ensure proper ventilation - Trunk ventilation hooks for warm nights. (This leaves the trunk slightly open for sleeping, but still allows you to lock the entire vehicle) - Magnets for darkening the tailgate with a cloth - Leveling ramps for positioning the vehicle Kitchen Category: - Gas cooktop including pans (shown in pictures) - Pans and dishes (shown in pictures) - 10-liter gas canister - Small gas stove for smaller pans, ideal for taking on hikes - Furniture for storing dishes and a cooking surface for longer stays in one place (see pictures) - Gas cartridges - Cooler box permanently connected to the battery Living/Dining Category: - 1x wooden table with two chairs - 1x larger folding camping table (not shown in pictures) 2x beach chairs 2x camping chairs 1x solar string lights for the perfect ambiance 1x awning including pegs and fabric 2x lamps for the tables 1x magnetic mosquito net to keep mosquitoes out Included: 1x String lights installed inside for a romantic ambiance - Bialetti coffee maker also included Leisure category: 2x Ping-pong rackets 1x Speaker for listening to music 1x Badminton set 1x Skateboard 1x Surfboard Special category: - For those who never go to campsites, there's a battery-powered shower that can be used for personal hygiene :) - Since the camper doesn't have a pop-top roof, it's not immediately obvious that it's a camper. This allows you to occasionally spend the night in a city without attracting attention. (Caution: Any fines are the responsibility of the renter.) The VW can be picked up earlier or later by arrangement at no extra charge. Of course, we can also discuss a delivery service with an additional charge depending on the distance. By the way, you're welcome to park your vehicle in my covered parking space here in Rothrist while you explore the world with Johnny :) free of charge, of course! :D If you're coming from Zurich, we could also arrange the handover at Hardturmstrasse, if circumstances allow, since I'm in the office occasionally. That's why I've selected interior insurance here, and you'll be fully insured for the entire rental period.
