This is Lotta… a good-natured, easygoing, and eye-catching older lady with an original Westfalia conversion. Do you want to get from A to B as quickly as possible and conquer as many mountain passes as you can in a short time? Then Lotta isn't the right travel companion for you. We invest a lot of time and love in Lotta, constantly improving, beautifying, and optimizing her, especially the interior, while preserving the charm of the original conversion. Even after more than 12 years of campervan experience, there are always things to optimize and new ideas for making things even more practical. Of course, her age is visible on the exterior and, to some extent, on the interior. She is in very good condition and undergoes a thorough annual inspection by our trusted mechanic. With Lotta, you can travel at a maximum speed of 90 km/h. She tackles steeper roads at around 30 km/h, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful scenery passing by 😊 The fuel gauge is currently broken. We've figured out a good "strategy" to ensure we don't run out of gas 😉 Since Lotta has a manual transmission and no power steering, we'll give you a thorough introduction, including a test drive, when you pick her up. Lotta comes fully equipped with dishes, pans, bowls, cutlery, and a raclette grill (candle-operated). The refrigerator can only be run on electricity (220V) or, while driving, on 12V; it does not work with gas. Here's what else you can look forward to: - Sleeping berths for 4: 2 on the extended bench seat (W: approx. 110cm, L: approx. 182cm), 2 in the roof (W: 115cm, L: approx. 182cm) - Seat belts on the rear bench seat for two people - Washing-up supplies (sponge, brush, detergent, tea towels) and fitted sheets are included - Outdoor table including chairs and a parasol - Sink with fresh water and wastewater tanks (16L) - Built-in gas stove (2 burners) in the campervan - Basic selection of spices - Small, manageable wardrobe for clothes - Air conditioning = just roll down the window 😉 - Wheel chocks, 25m extension cord - Quirky car radio – dust off your old cassettes :-D (no CD player) - DAB+ radio reception via adapter - Swiss road map (Yes, in paper form 😊), you can usually find your way around anywhere with Google Maps anyway. The handover generally takes place at our home. However, depending on the circumstances, we can also arrange a different location.
