My camper is a 2026 model (brand new!) of compact model - under 6 meters long, so it is very easy to drive (it has an automatic transmission), fits within the parking space (!) and has lots of driveability features such as lane keeping assistant, cruise control and fuel consumption statistics (can get down to about 0.8-0.9 l/mile if you drive with an economical mindset ;-))! Fresh air intake (and exhaust) which is excellent to have running near both the double bed and the kitchen for cool night air or during kitchen activity! Because the camper makes me happy - the interior design is super well thought out - that's why it's called Happy :-)! With my nice camper, the idea is not to 'burn miles', but to enjoy a slowly pleasant/healing mindful camper life experience in the environment where Happy takes you/you comfortably driving. 💖 Since the camper is named Happy, you'll be happy just to be in it, as it has a great layout: the lovely fixed double bed (with a blackout curtain on the roof rail and storage underneath that you can easily access from the inside, which is connected to the garage) is a huge 'cosy sofa' during the day with several backrest cushions so at least 3 people can hang out at the same time (even have coffee set out at the foot of the shelf and you can watch a DVD from the head end! And the comfortable roof bed (with a springy bed base and fall protection net on both long sides and a blackout curtain on the roof rail!) is really big with a reading lamp and a skylight for ✨ stargazing. The dinette has really spacious travel chairs (sofa-style) so you don't have to sit 'on top of each other' and a pretty big dining table where most things can fit, like at mealtimes (there's also a large shelf right behind the dinette seats to use!) and crafts or solving crosswords with each other. Of course, lots of USB charging sockets throughout the camper and several regular 240 sockets (when parked and plugged in with an electric cable). The blackout is also great: when you pull the blinds (you have to be careful of course as they are made of lightweight material, so absolutely nothing for children to handle!!) then it is practically pitch black inside! I may instead install a blackout curtain on a rod between the living area and the driver's cabin, so that the aforementioned lightweight curtains do not have to be used as they are very expensive if they break. Driving Happy is pure pleasure😃 in terms of its compact size and all the driving features, but the best thing is still the camper life itself which with Happy's layout becomes like a rolling cozy summer cottage (or for the comfortable traveling life spring/winter/autumn as it is all-season tires and electric floor heating installed!) but without a dry toilet with mosquitoes outside...❣️ Imagine a lovely breakfast outdoors with 4 included stools and table or barbecue evening with the included charcoal grill and 2 loungers... 😍
