Is it free to list my camping vehicle?

Yes. Registering your vehicle is free, and your listing remains visible on MyCamper without a time limit.

What if I want to use the camper myself?

You can use the calendar to mark when your vehicle is in use and when it’s available. This ensures that you only get booking requests for times it is available. You can also use the calendar to block your vehicle while it is in winter storage or in the workshop, or rented out to a friend.

Can I talk to the renter before I accept a booking request?

Yes. Most renters add a short message when they send a booking request. You can also write to them in the chat and ask questions before you accept or decline.

All payments go through our secure payment system. Renters pay MyCamper in advance, before you hand over the keys. You add your IBAN once, and we send your earnings to your bank account, collected in a payout for each month with completed bookings.

What should I charge per night?

To help you get started we calculate a price for your vehicle and your location, based on thousands of vehicles on MyCamper. You can see the price suggestions during the onboarding process and in the vehicle settings.

How much does the insurance cost?

Our platform insurance is free for you as the owner. Renters pay the insurance fee and can choose different packages depending on their needs. Prices vary by country and level of coverage, and are always paid by the renter.

1. List your vehicle

It's easy – we’ll guide you every step of the way to create your free listing with confidence. From smart price suggestions based on real data to setting your own rules and choosing the right insurance, we’ve got you covered.

2. Get your first booking

Review renter requests and accept in one tap. You have 24 h to answer a request. You can get to know the renter via messages and see reviews other owners have given them. Everyone on MyCamper has to verify their identity.

3. Check-in

On the day your booking begins, you meet the renter to hand over your vehicle. Through the MyCamper check-in, you walk them through how everything works and easily document the vehicle’s condition with photos right in the booking. Once the check-in is complete, the renter can start their trip — and you get paid immediately.

4. Check-out

The renters return after their vacation and together you check your vehicle. Hopefully nothing happened, but if something broke, you can document the damage right in the check-out. You can either fix it yourself and get paid from the deposit, get an estimate from a workshop or start an insurance claim from there, too. You're in control.
