Although the motorhome looks fairly new, its condition is disappointing. At pickup there were multiple exterior damages that no one seems intent on repairing. Inside, the kitchen faucet was loose, the ladder was broken, and the house batteries provided virtually no autonomy, making off-grid camping impossible. Communication with the owners was very poor. It took two months to move a simple dispute forward, and only after MyCamper support stepped in – thanks to their team for the help. At return, the owners issued an invented charge of €170 for an “uncleaned toilet,” even though the rental agreement does not specify any fixed fee for such a case. Comparable fees on other platforms (e.g., Yescapa) are around £50. All attempts to resolve this reasonably were ignored. Overall, a very disappointing experience: the motorhome needs maintenance, the owners are unresponsive, and the dispute was resolved only thanks to MyCamper support. I do not recommend renting this motorhome from this owner.
