Expect the check-in to take at least 30 minutes as the car will be photographed, the odometer reading etc. registered & that we will go through the car together with you. The car is full (diesel) when you pick it up and you return it full. The waste water and toilet must also be emptied by you (you will be charged 500:- each if they are not emptied). The gas bottles are full at check-out but if they run out during the rental period, the renter will buy new ones. Smoking is not allowed (you will be charged at least 1,000:- for cleaning). Of course, we want both ourselves and for your sake to continue to have a complete and clean motorhome for many years to come. Then it is important to deal with damage that occurs - and damage does occur! It is a simple thing that happens sometimes - nothing strange in itself. Let us know, at the latest when the car comes "home again" if something has happened. It makes it easier for all of us! When you rent, insurance is included that covers most things, of course with a deductible. We reserve the right to report damage afterwards (usually when we clean/sanitize the car immediately after you leave) with the most recent renters as responsible. Among other things, the deposit is held (by House Car) until the damage is approved by the insurance company, or if parts or the entire deposit is needed to repair the damage outside of the insurance.
