Speed Limit - The maximum permitted driving speed is 80 km/h (or 85 km/h where legally permitted). - Due to the size, weight, and handling characteristics of the camper, the renter agrees not to exceed this speed at any time. 2. Compliance with Norwegian Law - The renter must drive in accordance with all Norwegian traffic laws, regulations, and road rules. - The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is operated safely and legally throughout the rental period. 3. Fines and Penalties - The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, speeding tickets, parking fines, toll violations, ferry charges, and any other penalties incurred during the rental period. - Any fines received after the rental period that relate to the renter's use of the vehicle will be charged to the renter, including any applicable administration fees. 4. Tolls, Ferries, and Parking - Road tolls, ferry fees, and parking charges are not included in the rental price. - These costs are the sole responsibility of the renter. 5. Kitchen Equipment The motorhome includes: - 6 dinner plates - 6 coffee cups - 6 drinking glasses - Cutlery for 6 people The renter is responsible for replacing any lost or damaged items. 6. Outdoor Furniture (Optional) Outdoor furniture include - 1 outdoor table - 4 outdoor chairs 7. Gas Gas for cooking and heating is included in the rental price. 8. Camping and Battery Use - We recommend staying overnight at a campsite with a 220V electrical hookup whenever possible. - If the renter chooses not to use a power hookup, they do so at their own risk. if not hookup The renter is responsible for any issues resulting from excessive battery drain, including a discharged leisure battery or reduced camper electrical functions. 9. Care of the Vehicle - The renter agrees to use the motorhome responsibly and return it in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. - Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of these terms may result in additional charges.
