Christer's Hobby Caravan

We are a family with children who would like to rent out our caravan to responsible individuals/families, who promise to take care of it as if it were their own. The caravan has ample cupboard space, a large fridge with freezer, a Smart TV that can be turned 180 degrees so that it can be positioned towards either the seating area or the double bed. The caravan is also well equipped with kitchen utensils. - A type BE certificate is required to be able to pull this caravan, as the total caravan weight is 1600kg. This must be documented by the tenant. Is flexible with times of day for check-in and check-out on weekends as long as it is available. I am home after 4pm on weekdays, and can try to arrange check-in/check-out a little earlier by prior arrangement. -We do NOT rent out the caravan for festival use or parties. -Bedding and towels must be brought along. -All loose items must be secured during transport. -Check-in and check-out can be changed by prior arrangement. -5 fixed beds, seating area can be converted into a double bed, making 7 beds in total. -Cutlery, plates, glasses, kettle, waffle iron and most kitchen utensils are included. -Power cables are included. -If the toilet is not emptied, this will be charged at NOK 1000. -We can also help transport the caravan to a campsite near Skien (approx. 1 hour), for an additional fee and if you have booked and paid for the space in advance.
