This campervan is a custom-made one, ready for any weather conditions. The camping part of the car is very well insulated with sheep wool. Because in Norway you never know if July will be 25 or 5 degrees, a powerful parking heater comes in handy. Too hot? Besides passive ventilation in the roof window, you can open it and get in some fresh arctic air. Layout The bed in Rockford is spacious (160×190 cm) and very easy to set up. Bedding follows together with pillows and sheets. While the bed is not in use, it works as a sofa. You can bring a camping table inside, play table games or enjoy a nice dinner. Kitchen Speaking of dinner, you will find there an indoor kitchen with plenty of space in the cupboard. There is a double gas stove with a 2 kg gas bottle. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you might need for camping cooking. There is a sink with running water with a freshwater tank 25 l big. To keep your groceries cool, a compressor fridge can run during your whole trip thanks to a leisure battery. Electricity The fridge and all electric devices such as lights, USB outlets and a diesel heater are powered by a leisure battery that charges while driving. You can charge your devices by plugging them into USB ports or you can add a voltage converter to your campervan rental and charge at 220 V while driving. Driving For the driving part of your journey, Rockford has 3 front seats, with the possibility to travel with your smallest one. An automatic transmission and cruise control are there for the ultimate comfort on long trips. There are many storage compartments in the cab, CD player, Bluetooth, AUX, DAB radio and just as in all of our campervans a phone holder.
