Georges's VW Campervan

A former right-hand drive postal van, VW T3, Type 2, automatic transmission. (Don't worry, you'll learn quickly.) A 4 cm wider wheelbase provides better cornering stability. It's suitable for two people who enjoy driving and have the time, and who aren't speed demons on holiday. I primarily used it in South Tyrol, driving over several mountain passes at a leisurely pace, but I always arrived safely. The vehicle is well-insulated, with insulating mats built into the interior walls to protect against both heat and cold. There's also a small electric heater that can be connected separately for those who get cold easily at night. (Bring your own bed linens and sleeping bags) All the necessary amenities for relaxation are provided: Awning, awning tent, table, chairs, deck chair, toilet, refrigerator, indoor and outdoor gas stove, grill with grate on tripod stand (small charcoal grill, electric multi-grill, and additional water tank available as optional extras), sink, dishes such as plates, mugs, cups, cutlery, collapsible bowl, various pans, Nespresso machine Essenza Mini, espresso maker/Moka pot, various lamps (e.g., battery/gas with mantle), and several additional battery-powered flashlights. A badminton set and a small ball are also provided. Winter operation: NO The camper is not available for rent between November 1st and March 31st. During this period, the vehicle registration number will be held at the post office. (Exceptions may apply) Security: small Fire extinguisher The bus was lovingly and painstakingly converted by me and is rented to those who appreciate the effort and take good care of it.
