Reviews
The communication with Ove was generally good and both the handovers were smooth. At the check-in, the van was clean and Ove explained everything we should know about the usage of the campervan. During our 3rd day of driving there was a smell of rotten egg, we reported that to Ove but he was too cool and said it was nothing. Eventually it was the battery fluids and we couldn't start the engine the next morning. After wasting half a day in exchanges, we replaced the battery. The van is quite old and the sockets don't work, so we had to charge our phones either to the 12V charger (2 USBs) or at cafe's. At check-out everything ran again smoothly and Ove reimburshed us for the new battery.
