This Volkswagen Type 2 T2a was first registered by the Swiss Post Office (PTT) on April 28, 1971. It subsequently served a forester before being discovered in 2007 with damage from disuse.
Following a comprehensive restoration of the engine (now completely overhauled, 1.64-liter displacement), chassis, body, and interior, the vehicle is now in excellent condition. It is versatile and can be used for camping (since 2022 with a new Front Runner roof rack), moving house, or transporting people (up to 6 passengers).
