Die Komplettreinigung erfolgt durch den Vermietenden. Dazu gehört z.B. Staubsaugen und Aussenreinigung des Fahrzeugs.

Just a reminder: - although the T4 drives very much like and is only a little bit longer than most normal cars, it is still good to take it easy in the beginning and learn the size and steering. Especially curves are good to take a bit wider and backing with relying mainly on the side mirrors takes a while to get accustomed to. You can open the curtains a bit to be able to look outside the sliding door and the back window. I experienced this as being helpful. - the engine is the strongest you could get at the time for this van and has quite a lot of torque. Especially while accelerating with low rotation, 1000-1500rpm the torque is hard on the gear box. So, when you accelerate, let the engine turn to something like 3000-3500rpm before changing to a bigger gear. Basically, the green area in the rotation meter is good for accelerating. Or, basically, keep mostly at the green area, and everything is fine :) Thanks a lot. :) - Remember to use the "engine brake" as much as possible when you drive downhill in the mountains. (Alpes, Norway, Sweden, maybe Lapland) You put less wear on the brake pads and discs like that. Also your safety is at stake, like this you have cooler brake discs and pads, thus brakes, when you really need them. - In Finland and in the north as a whole, you drive with lights on also during daytime. But as this is a requirement, the driving light on most cars is on also when the light switch is in the "off"-position. This is the case also for Pokémon. The dashboard lighting though is on only when the light switch is on, as well as the high beam only stays on with light switch on. Remember to switch lights off to safeguard the car battery. :D - the car socket gives current at all times. So remember that you drain the battery if the motor is not on. I would take the plug out of the socket whenever not driving to safeguard the car battery. - it seems that the warning lamp for low fuel doesn't work in Pokémon. The pointer works, so keep to that information and go get fuel before it is at zero. :D Now to the unwanted, seldomly occuring, but nevertheless possible events of damage, breakdown, or accident: I’m available via WhatsApp or phone from around 9 am to 6 pm to assist with any issues. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with car troubles, as many problems can be easily solved. However, sometimes professional help is needed, often meaning towing to a nearby workshop. The insurance covers towing to the nearest garage (or a slightly further one if the nearest is unavailable). It’s a good idea to contact nearby garages in advance, especially before the weekend, to check availability. If it’s late and you’re in a safe spot, it’s often best to stay in the van and wait until the morning for towing. The insurance company is IF – insurance. For road assistance/towing: - call 010 19 18 40 if you are in Finland. - Call +358 10 515 8777 if you are outside of Finland. Both numbers are open 24/7. For breakdowns, repair costs will be covered by me, but we’ll need to discuss and agree on the specifics with the garage. The agreement between me and the garage is a precondition for me paying the repair, so please not that this is important. For accidents or damage unrelated to normal wear, your deductible is the maximum amount you’ll be responsible for. Options for continuing your journey: • Wait for the van repair. • End your journey and return to Helsinki by economy/second-class ticket or public transport. In both cases, the maximum amount covered by the insurance, is 500€ inside of Finland and 1000€ outside of Finland. (meaning accomodation and travel expenses) • If you’re not too far from Helsinki and I have another van available, you may switch to a different van for the rest of your rental period. Options range from basic to more advanced vans. With open-minded problem-solving, we can usually find a good solution to these rare but stressful situations.
