Pros: The car was really new, modern and electric, which was really a nice thing to have during the trip. The equipment was ok for our purposes. Cons: Communication was really bad - Owner did not respond or did only sent reassuring messages - Transparency was low, there was no one there in person for check-out. Insurance had to be paid by registering with a third party plattform (many things did not work on mycamper, allthough my camper always wrote warnings, NOT to register or communicate on third-party-plattform) - the car was bad equipped for camping (For example, the lights couldn't be turned on and off, but only worked automatically. Only one of the doors could be opened from the inside, and the car couldn't be locked at night. There was no passage between the driver's cabin and the rear, so you always had to walk around the car). Individually, these aren't big problems; but alltogther: the vehicles in the fleet are delivery vans that were converted for use as campers without any expertise. The owner's intension might be focused more on business than creating an wholesome campervan experience. The answer was always: Thats how it is, deal with it. And yes, all of our cars are designed like this... Price was quite expensive but maybe ok because of Norway (140€ per night). Would not recommend after all.
