Hello, we stayed for 8 days, from December 26 to January 2. One of the things I asked Tomasz several times was about the cold, as it worried me because I was traveling with a child. We experienced temperatures of −27 degrees Celsius. The heating did not work properly; we spent one night almost without sleeping and on two other nights we had to look for a hotel. We also had no water. I don’t know if it froze or what happened, but at no point did we have water, and the tank was completely full. This meant that we had to use caravan campsites for the bathroom and shower because we couldn’t use them in our campervan. To wash the dishes, we collected snow and heated it, so you can see how poorly things went for us. At no time were we given a solution or offered any kind of financial compensation. The excess kilometers were charged in full. The direct treatment with him was normal, but on the day we returned the campervan it was snowing heavily; even he told us it was not normal. There was a significant accumulation of snow and it was difficult to drive. He accompanied us to a bus stop, but given the weather conditions, I think it would have been a nice gesture to take us to the airport. To be honest, I would not recommend renting Tomasz’s campervan. I’m sorry.

We rented Tomasz’s camper for five days and it was great space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Easy to drive and operate for first timers like us. Tomasz was really friendly and helpful both at check/out and while we were on the road. Highly recommended!
